How do I return an item?

Online Return/ Exchange Policy and Instructions
Merchandise must be returned in its original new condition; unworn, unwashed and with labels. No defects accepted.

Items that are ON SALE are:
  • NOT REFUNDABLE.
  • A online store credit for future purchases are accepted for SALE items only.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase. Full-priced merchandise returns are refunded in the method of original payment, minus shipping and handling.


Standard Return Shipping
  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All items must be returned in its original condition, to ensure full credit.
  2. Please write a reason for a return on the original invoice or packing slip and include it in the return package. This will expedite a return procedure in a timely manner.
  3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise).

All return packages must be returned pre-paid: we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return or any insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

Expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

Exchanges / Even Exchanges
Exchanges Made Easy:
  • Due to the limited quantities of merchandise, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available
  • We suggest you place a new order of item(s) and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund or store credit on sale items.
  • We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your exchange order.
  • We will bill your credit card for the new item(s) and process your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. If the item(s) was sent to you as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment. Full price items will be credited back to the original credit card purchased. Sale items will be given store credit by issuing a credit coupon to use for future purchase. Freight and handling charges will not be credited for returns or exchanges.

Credits (SALE items only)
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send your exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase for a ONLINE STORE CREDIT. Sale-priced merchandise can be exchanged only. No refunds on sale-priced merchandise. A ONLINE STORE CREDIT is given on sale-priced merchandise.
