All return packages must be returned pre-paid: we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return or any insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. Refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. |
